it's not difficult if your old installation use only skiplist db, and 
maybe also with db4.x with new cyrus imapd 2.4

copy /etc/cyrus.conf and /etc/imapd.conf and eventually ssl certificate 
from old to new server
rsync /var/lib/cyrus /var/spool/cyrus /var/spool/sieve from old to new 
server
if you are migrating stop cyrus on old server
rsync again
start cyrus on new server
update dns/firewall rule to switch client from old to new server

that's all
