Repository changes (2.2 and 2.4)

Hi,

I have just did some changes to the repositories:

1. cyrus-imapd-2.2 repository moved under
git.debian.org/git/pkg-cyrus-imapd/cyrus-imapd-2.2, this has been
synced from Sven's SVN using git-svn. I will make some more changes to
the repository files, but basically all the history should be
preserved.

2. cyrus-imapd-2.4 will move from
/git/pkg-cyrus-imapd/pkg-cyrus-imapd-2.4 to
/git/pkg-cyrus-imapd/cyrus-imapd-2.4 to keep it aligned with 2.2.
(Just edit your .git/config and all should work).

3. Pristine-tar is now used, so we can rebuild the .debs with same
tarball as the original build. It helps a lot.
