Accidental upload of 2.4 to unstable

Well, it is there, and we do NOT have the stable ABI requirements of the
linux kernel, so the only "strong blocker" I had (namespace abuse, such
as make_*, in /usr/bin) can still be fixed anyway :p

Don't bother removing it from unstable.  It obviously wanted to go there
already :-)

Yep, but better upload a new one with NEWS.Debian explaining that there
is no automated migration path at all, and about the mess with the 2.2
packages removing important files.
