Bug#620261: cyrus-imapd-2.4: FTBFS everywhere: cannot create etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/cyrus-imapd: ENOENT

Either there's something really wrong with my pbuilder or with
sbuildd, since this is a second time I was able to build the package
inside my pbuilder (with git-buildpackage) and it fails on sbuild.
Also I am fairly sure that it should work just fine because I just
built the package inside pbuilder-unstable-i386 too using the same
sources and double checked that incoming.debian.org has correct
version. Could you please confirm the hash of .debian.tar.gz used for
build?

I am attaching my build logs...

Also I see nothing wrong in the package - the debian/cyrus-common.dirs
contains required directories and my pbuilder builds are ok, so if you
could help me a little bit it would be great.
