Bug#739318: Update on problem with cyrus imapd

I am less clear now on what the problem was.  /usr/bin/cyrus exists now 
-- previous it didn't, which is odd.

I removed systemd and reinstalled sysvinit, and cyrus still would 
start.  Apparently init-helper was exiting with code 1.

I then ran /etc/init.d/cyrus-imapd restart, and cyrus imapd restarted 
and is working normally.
