Bug#783305: cyrus-imapd-2.4: saslauthd is not listed as "After" service

Hello,

I have noticed that saslauthd.service is not listed as service that has
to be started before Cyrus. If that service is active, it should be
started before as in my particular situation it is used for users'
authentication.

Expected that /lib/systemd/system/cyrus-imapd.service reads as follows:

After=local-fs.target network.target saslauthd.service
