[Pkg-d-devel] libtango-0.99.7-0ubuntu2

Hi,

Finally i got a package of tango library for ubuntu. 

https://launchpad.net/~d-language-packagers/+archive

It's a first version, linitian still gives  a lot of errors, but finally all the 
files are in the right place.

In the next days i'll set up the debian directory again to create the libtango 
and libtango-dev package.
