Package: libdb4.2
Version: 4.2.52-16
Severity: Critical

I did an apt-get upgrade. Slapd refuses to start now, reporting the
following (from slapd -d 16383)

line 19 (schemacheck on)
line 23 (pidfile /var/run/slapd/slapd.pid)
line 26 (argsfile /var/run/slapd.args)
line 29 (loglevel 0)
line 32 (modulepath /usr/lib/ldap)
line 33 (moduleload back_bdb)
lt_dlopenext failed: (back_bdb) file not found
/etc/ldap/slapd.conf: line 33: failed to load or initialize module back_bdb

so i cannot start the ldap database which is using bdb as the backend.

I am running unstable.

I am unsure as to whether or not this is a slapd package problem or
libdb4.2 I tried installing slapd onto another machine (clean install)
and it fails in the exact same way. I think it is a libdb4.2 problem
because slapd package seems to have not changed since I had a working
system.
