any chance you could at least just dump the web page docs from either

db-4.1.25.NC/docs/utility/
http://www.sleepycat.com/docs/utility/index.html

in /usr/share/doc/db4.1-util?  i know they should get converted to
proper nroff sometime, but until then...  

and, no, a half dozen google searches don't turn up these docs.
partially because the programs are renamed (a good thing generally).
