[Pkg-db-devel] dropping some of db-packages?

Hi,

inspired by Florian Weimer, I looked at the rdepends of different
libdb-packages.

aba@sol[sid]:~$ apt-cache rdepends libdb4.0
libdb4.0
Reverse Depends:
  libdb4.0-util
  libdb4.0-dev
aba@sol[sid]:~$ apt-cache rdepends libdb4.0++c102
libdb4.0++c102
Reverse Depends:
  xproxy-http
  xdelta2
  libdb4.0++-dev

Ok, that gives me some doubt whether this package is really needed. :)


On a similar question, libdb4.1 seems also not have really much
rdepends. However, as vacation depends on it, considering to drop that
requires some more attention.


Well, what are your opinions about that? (And of course, we would need
a deeper look before deciding anything. :)
