[Pkg-db-devel] Patch for Berkeley DB 4.2.52 through BDB 4.4.20

There is a bug in how BDB releases 4.2.52 through BDB 4.4.20 calculates 
region sizes.  The fix for this bug has been committed to the upcoming BDB 
4.5 release, but should still be fixed in the older releases.

I generally ignore BDB 4.3.X, so I didn't create a patch for it, but that 
should be trivial to do.
