[Pkg-db-devel] Bug#371195: libdb4.4: segfault when libdb4.3-dev is installed

When libdb4.4 is installed, it doesn't prevent libdb4.3-dev to be
installed at the same time. However, this combination is guaranteed to
cause a segfault on the DB_ENV->open() call.

Recompiling against libdb4.4-dev fixes the issue. Therefore, libdb4.4
should somehow be linked to libdb4.4-dev, and prevent libdb4.3-dev to
be installed at the same time.
