[Pkg-db-devel] Bug#339337: Please use -D_GNU_SOURCE, not -D__USE_GNU

libc developers dislike it when people use -D__USE_GNU; they prefer
-D_GNU_SOURCE, which is the documented interface (see, for example,
getline(3)).  Additionally, using -D_GNU_SOURCE will enable other sets
of functions, such as POSIX, X/Open, BSD, and SysV.
