OK, great. I don't want to get in your way. 

I see you have uploaded already, so that will override my NMU
automatically.

The reason why Multi-Arch: foreign is not correct is that when say an
armhf package build-depends depends on libdb-dev, whilst being built on
an amd64 machine, it wants libdb5.1-dev:armhf, not libdb5.1-dev:amd64

M-A: foreign could bring in either libdb-dev:amd64 or libdb-dev:armhf
(amd64 preferred), and thus the corresponding version of libdb5.1-dev.
That would be wrong.

If the package was still 'all' rather than 'any', then the arch chosen
would not percolate down the deps from libdb-dev:$host_arch to
libd5.1-dev:$host_arch

I know it's confusing. Hope that makes sense.
