The version of db5.3 that just migrated to testing build-depends on 
debhelper >= 9.20141221~ but jessie only has 9.20141022 . This means 
that db5.3 cannot be built in jessie.

I notice that the recent debhelper uploads were made by Niels Thykier 
who is also a release manager. I don't know if that means there is an 
intention to unblock debhelper or not.
