this bug will also happen if reinstall or upgrade the current version of
sid. I also spoke to Bas and he used the last version from Alioth which
is the same as in sid.

The problem occurs here:

	if [ -f /var/lib/dcc/map.txt ]; then
		mv /var/lib/dcc/map.txt	/etc/dcc
	fi

I thought -f is regular file, but Andrew Suffield told me that -f is
also symlink. That's where man (1) bash isn't clear enough.

I will fix this bug later this day. Severity serious because this bug
will also appear on reinstalls.
