[pkg-dhcp-devel] Bug#596507: I just ran into this problem recently

Apparently, the 'new' location for the 'dhclient.conf'
file is '/etc/dhcp', as opposed to the old location '/etc/dhcp3',
which is where the old dhcp3-client put things. But since
'dhcp3-client' is just a dummy package that depends on
is 'isc-dhcp-client', it is a mystery to me how 'dhclient.conf'
got put in '/etc/dhcp3' in the first place, or for that matter,
why there is an '/etc/dhcp3' directory at all. Perhaps it was
created by 'debian-installer'? At any rate, it causes confusion.

I haven't had time to test the change I made to
'/etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf', (just found out about it a few minutes ago),
but I'm betting that is what is causing the problem. The config files
are exactly the same, so I just uncommented the 'prepend' line just
like in 'dhcp3-client'.
