[pkg-dhcp-devel] Bug#688864: isc-dhcp-client: Please provide a command-line option to avoid updating /etc/resolv.conf

Dear Maintainer,

Sometimes dhclient is used to test network configurations. In these cases,
it is a pain to need to go each time to hook files to have
/etc/resolv.conf updated or not.

Please add a command line flag to avoid updating /etc/resolv.conf
