[pkg-dhcp-devel] Random UDP and UDP6 ports active on DHCLIENT

I just upgraded to wheezy and noticed that dhclient has random UDP and UDP6
ports active that were not present during the previous version under
squeeze.

This looks similar/identical to a similar problem detected in dhcpd (bug
#712503).  I don't see a formal bug reported for dhclient even though the
issue appears to be the same, so thought I'd send this note (wasn't sure if
bug #712503 would cover dhclient as well).
