[pkg-dhcp-devel] Bug#771041: Patch: don't touch interfaces that wasn't passed as command arguments

Hello,
we've prepared patch to modify behavior of dhclient to take under 
consideration only these interfaces that are passed as dhclient command 
arguments. This resolves the issue with IP address removal when we put 
other interface down.
