Package: isc-dhcp-client
Version: 4.3.1-6+deb8u2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

man page of dhclient describe this option:
-n Do not configure any interfaces. This is most likely
to be useful in combination with the -w flag.

  but it's not implemented:
  dhclient -n eth0
