[pkg-dhcp-devel] Bug#783387: dhclient does not wait for ipv6 dad

Hi,

this bug still exists in Debian Stretch and Buster.
I have similar problem on my Freedombox running Debian Stretch.

Ubuntu tracker has the same issue [1] and they already have fix for
that [2]. I tried the patch and it works and solves problem for me.
