[Pkg-dia-team] Bug#348901: dia: Please use a configure-stamp to avoid recompiling everything

Package: dia
Version: 0.94.0-17.1
Severity: wishlist

Right now, you call ./configure in the build-stamp. If the build is
interrupted for some reason, and you call dpkg-buildpackage -nc,
./configure will get rerun unconditionally, and results in all the
Makefiles being regenerated, which in turn results in a full
restart of the build. At least, this is what I am seeing and think the
cause for is.

So it would be nice to have a configure-stamp to avoid this.
