[Pkg-dia-team] Bug#527607: dia -t tex file.dia does not export to PStricks

Package: dia
Version: 0.96.1-7.1
Severity: normal

If one wants to export a .dia file as PStricks .tex file as described in the
man page, dia creates a \usepackage{tikz}.
This is because both plugins use ".tex" as file format specification.

Both types should be selectable individually.
