[Pkg-dia-team] Bug#572235: Please use generate dia man page instead of old debian dia.1

It would be nice if the documentation of dia was accurate. the debian package use an old dia.1 file
instead of using the generated man page:

./doc/en/dia.1

Please use the generated one (from docbook input).
