Hi,

a fresh dia-shapes tarball could be turned into DEB and RPM packages.

I've moved the git repository over to github:

https://github.com/sdteffen/dia-additional-shapes

Relevant changes for the end users:

* New Electrical shapes
* Additional value stream mapping shapes
* Some shape bug fixes

In addition there are a number of changes that should only matter
to shape developers or me.
