[Pkg-dia-team] dia-shapes 0.4.0 tarball ready

Hi Steffen,

I recognized that there are some links to deb/rpm packages here: 
http://dia-installer.de/diashapes/index.html.en . There's also a 
outdated link to the source. Can you update the links and mention that 
debian contains the shapes already in the repository? So debian/ubuntu 
user don't need to download/install the package by hand.
