[Pkg-directfb-devel] Please upload the fix for #401296 (keymap issue)

Hi DirectFB maintainers!

I have spent a several hours tracking the keymap issue described in
#401296.  I have come up with a patch that worked well during my tests
and those made by Frans Pop.

As it fix a quite important localization issue in d-i, it would be great
if you could upload it to the archive. :)
