Mario Limonciello (6):
      Add patch from TJ <ubuntu at tjworld.net> that will only load the tarball if it's present in the postinst
      check for /etc/modprobe.d/dkms before others in case we are on a distro that supports it
      install initial modprobe.d/dkms for debian/ubuntu.  also manually run dh_installmodules (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=377390 for why we have to)
      Add another patch from TJ to fix the manpage.  Several options were getting merged together and unreadable
      Add patch from Charles Rose <Charles_Rose at Dell.com> that resolves the following two issues:
      tag 2.0.20.4 release
