[Pkg-dkms-commits] Changed posting policy for pkg-dkms-commits to moderate non-subscribers

Hi.  I just discovered that spam was getting through to the subscribers
of this mailing list, see for example
<URL: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-dkms-commits/2016-December/thread.html >.
Because of this I just changed the mailman setting to hold all
messages from non-subscribers to moderation.  It will take a while
before the whitelist is populated, but after a few posts I expect
everything to work as quickly as earlier for commit messages.
