Yes, I suppose that's harmless.

By the way, lintian says:

E: dkms: missing-dep-for-interpreter make => make | build-essential | dpkg-dev (./etc/dkms/template-dkms-mkdeb/debian/rules)

While this isn't an essential part of dkms, so it's kind of a false
positive, I think you do need to add a dependency on make because
linux-kbuild-* doesn't appear to depend on it.
