Hi,

it would be nice if linux-headers packages could run hooks files in 
/etc/kernel/header_postinst.d on postinst.

This is a partial fix for #560822, dkms package already installs
/etc/kernel/header_postinst.d/dkms, but it only used in Ubuntu.
