[Pkg-dkms-maint] Bug#581568: dkms: should respect TMPDIR or accept a CLI argument for it

Package: dkms
Version: 2.1.1.2-2
Severity: normal
It's mildly annoying that it's possible to set all directories except
tmp_location via CLI arguments, without using a configuration file.
Hardcoding `/tmp' in a script is most likely wrong anyway, as there are
environment variables like TMPDIR for that. In my case operations from
outside of a chroot failed because / (and thus /tmp) are mounted read-only
(as it's a preboot NFS environment) and I would need to point it to
`${TARGET}/tmp' instead.
