[Pkg-dkms-maint] Bug#616546: dkms: Provide support for Video4Linux DVB drivers.

To solve issues like bug #614285, it would be great to have DKMS support for V4L drivers (DVB specifically). 

It seems that some work has ben done by Ubuntu Developer Martin Pitt, see:
