Package: dkms
Version: 2.2.0.3-1.2
Severity: normal

Hi,

please consider dropping the dependency on menu (which in turn pulls in
menu-xdg), which can be unwanted. Such a dependency is better suited for
a window-manager or a desktop environment but not a low-level tool like
dkms, which is installed on servers.

I think it's fine to use su-to-root, if installed, but it's not hard to
fall-back to su, which is guaranteed to exist. So you could also drop
the alternative depends on sudo.
