[Pkg-dkms-maint] Please filter non-subscribers for pkg-dkms-maint mailing list

Hi.  I just had a look at the web archive for the pkg-dkms-maint mailing
list you moderate, and discovered it was filled with spam.  This made me
reluctant to subscribe to the mailinglist.

Please consider changing the mailman list options to only allow
subscribers and whitelisted mail addresses to post directly to the list,
and send the rest for moderation.  Moderation can be done efficiently
using the listadmin command line tool, check out
