[Pkg-dkms-maint] OK if I NMU dkms to add autopkgtest script?

I notice no new upload of dkms since 2014.  Please let me know if it is
not OK to NMU it to fix <URL: https://bugs.debian.org/769095 >.

list I get the impression that this team is not currently active.
Please let me know if this is wrong.
