dpkg-error gives all necessary info:

 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man3/Net::DNS::ZoneFile::Fast.3pm.gz', which is also in package libnet-dns-zonefile-fast-perl 1.24-1

the package is uninstallable because it depends on libnet-dns-zonefile-fast-perl
