[Pkg-dns-devel] nsd init script regressions in 4.1.9-2/4.1.10-1

Dear Debian nsd maintainer,

first thanks for maintaining this very nice package!

As a remark, the new init script version in unstable introduced two
problems:
1. Stopping nsd takes lot of time since it uses the standard stop stanza
from /lib/init/init-d-script
2. The init script does not implement the override of
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/nsd.conf with /etc/tmpfiles.d/nsd.conf

As SysV is deprecated I'm not sure if the new init script isn't rather a
regression than a progress. So maybe it would make more sense to either:
- restore the old init script which provides a much better functionality
  (creation of pidfile and database directory with the settings from the
  nsd config file for example)
or
- remove the init script from the package but don't clean up an existing
  script if the init system isn't systemd

Maybe you could give this idea a thought because the current init script
really doesn't improve the package.
