ods-migrate cannot execute itself.

Failed to load sqlite3 library. dlerror(): libsqlite3.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Indeed, it tries to load libsqlite3.so which is not available on the
system, only libsqlite3.so.0

Adding a symlink manually makes it work.
