Dear Maintainer,

%  sudo stubby @145.100.185.16 -L
error: Could not bind on given addresses: No such file or directory

On another machine, where I compiled myself from upstream, the same
command works and gives the expected result (stubby runs ans listens
to DNS requests).

It is not a problem with already bound addresses, nothing listens on
127.0.0.1:53:

% sudo lsof -i:53
