It is understandable that algo 16 (ED448) is missing, since libdecaf
has not been packaged yet, but libsodium18 is available, so algo 16
(ed25519) should be supported, now that upstream does.

But with 4.0.4-1, pdnsutil list-algorithms does not include algo 15.
