[Pkg-dns-devel] sid bind9utils and python

The debian sid/unstable bind9utils for coverage and checkds
for some unofficial ports like

https://packages.debian.org/sid/sparc64/bind9utils/filelist

has:

/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/isc-2.0.egg-info
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/isc/__init__.py
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/isc/checkds.py
...
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/isc/utils.py

but amd64 and others do not have these python dependencies.

Should I open a bug or am I misunderstanding this?
(Note that the 9.11 was changed to split out some python code for the 
checkds and coverage tools.)
