Great, i'm glad you like the edits and i didn't step on your toes too
badly :)

Please go ahead and push whatever packaging changes you think are
appropriate as knot's development continues.  And I'll try to keep the
package up-to-date for new releases and improvements in debian
best-practices as i have time, too.

If you find yourself with any packaging-related questions or concerns,
don't hesitate to ask on this list -- doing finicky packaging work
collaboratively is always better than doing it alone.
