Not quite, there is

https://salsa.debian.org/dns-team/bind carrying 9.12 targeting
experimental somewhere in the future
https://salsa.debian.org/dns-team/bind9 carrying current sid/buster work

So the merge request should be for the former. But the fix is easy
enough :-)
