[Pkg-dns-devel] Adding Yadifa DNS

Hi Debian DNS team members,

I have been maintaining the yadifa (EUrid's DNS server) package
in Debian for the last couple of years.

So far my packages have always been sponsored by Gianfranco Costamagna,
but I think it might be a good idea to bring it into the Debian DNS
Packaging umbrella.

Incidently I have currently a new version waiting at mentors

I would also like to help out with nsd (if it is okay with Ondřej),
which hasn't received updates for quite a while.
