Hi.

I'll summarize some changes I made to the repository and ask some
questions that appeared while doing it.

Changes:
I downloaded a current tarball, examined the new HOWTOs for their
licence (all GFDL 1.2 with no invariant sections...), added the
corresponding entries to debian/copyrights/free/GFDL-1.2 and begun
a changelog entry for version 2003.09-1. It's all in the svn.

Questions:
How want we to handle the Maintainer field? Colin, will you
appear as Maintainer and should we add us as Uploaders? Or
would you prefer that we put a generic address (i.e. this
mailinglist) as maintainer and list us all as maintainers?

I believe we can bump standards version to 3.6.1?
