[Pkg-doc-linux-devel] Bug work

Hi.

The last days I investigated some bugs from the doc-linux package.
I resend messages related to #170373 [Module] and #173961 [Quota]
and will proceed with other bugs, where none reaction from the author
has been recorded.
The author of the Module-HOWTO has answered and said he will fix it but
that the next release is some time away. Is it okay when I use the
fixed-upstream tag for such cases? We can not be sure that it is really
fixed but we will check anyway before we close the bug so I find it
appropriate.
If I get not response from the Quota-mini-HOWTO author IMHO we should
move this to non-free (see BR for details).

I read into the bug reports about the Net-HOWTO. Is it okay when I ask
on discuss@en.tldp.org if this can be declared non-maintained? The bugs
in it are annoying and easy to fix (#178233) and there was no update for
3 years.
Other oppinions?

Gruesse,
