[Pkg-doc-linux-devel] Bug#158768: 3-Button-Mouse-HOWTO no longer maintained

Based on the following email, if there are no objections, I will try to
have the 3-Button-Mouse-HOWTO moved to the unmaintained section of TLDP.

This email was received by Colin Watson from the author/maintainer of
the 3-Button-Mouse-HOWTO:
