I'm using a local mirror made from ftp.debian.org. dpkg never gets a
chance to do the install. I run "apt-get install doc-linux-html" and I
get the message:

Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following packages will be upgraded:
  doc-linux-html
1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 15.6MB of archives.
After unpacking 11.6MB disk space will be freed.

--fix-missing?

It's been doing this for several days. I'm not sure where it's getting
the MD5Sum to check against. I'll try getting direct from the debian
mirror and see what happens.
